Children’s privacy
How Munchi handles information about the young people who sell for a fundraiser.

Our approach
The site is not directed to children under 13, and Munchi does not knowingly collect personal information from them. No one under 13 may create an account or submit a form, and accounts are for adults 18 and over.
Sellers
Students and other young sellers take part through the adult who organizes the fundraiser. The organizer enters each seller’s first name and last initial; that is all Munchi receives. We never ask for a seller’s age, address, photo, email or phone, and sellers do not have accounts.
A seller’s first name and last initial appear on their own order page, which is shared by link and kept out of search engines, and in the organizer’s dashboard. Sellers’ names are not published anywhere else.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a seller’s information by emailing contact@munchifunds.com, or by using the contact form and choosing “A privacy request”. We will confirm the request with the fundraiser’s organizer, and then delete it.
