Refunds and cancellation
What happens if a fundraiser is cancelled, or something is wrong with your order.

Pre-orders
Every order is a pre-order, paid by card when you place it. Munchi bakes and delivers the boxes to the group on the campaign’s delivery dates, and the group hands them out.
If a fundraiser is cancelled
If a fundraiser is cancelled before its boxes are delivered, Munchi refunds every paid order to the card it was paid with.
If something is wrong
If a box is missing or damaged, email contact@munchifunds.com with the link from your receipt, and tell us what happened. We will work it out with you and the group.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Square. It can take a few days for a refund to show on your statement.
