The terms for using munchifunds.com: running a fundraiser, selling for one, and ordering from one.

Who we are and what we offer
Munchi, of Las Vegas, Nevada, offers dessert fundraisers. An organizer sets up a campaign; Munchi reviews it, and once it is approved, its sellers share order links; buyers pre-order boxes online; Munchi delivers the boxes to the group, and the group hands them out. The group keeps a share of each box sold, as set out in its agreement with Munchi.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account or run a campaign. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address and any passkey secure, and for what is done through your account. Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.
Organizers add sellers by first name and last initial only, and confirm they have the permission they need from each seller, or from a parent or guardian, to do so.
Orders and payment
Orders are pre-orders. Prices are shown on the order page before you pay, along with any card convenience fee, and you pay in full by card on Square’s checkout page. An order is confirmed only when Square confirms the payment; we email you a receipt then.
If an order can’t be completed, nothing is charged, or any charge is returned to your card.
Delivery and pickup
Munchi delivers each campaign’s boxes to the group on its delivery dates, and the group arranges how buyers pick them up. Munchi is not responsible for a box once the group has received it.

Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Read our food safety and allergens page before you order, and do not eat our products if you have a severe allergy.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the site: don’t try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, interfere with how it works, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may suspend an account or cancel a campaign that breaks these terms.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Munchi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what was paid for it.
You agree to cover Munchi’s reasonable costs if a claim against Munchi arises from your breaking these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order or run a campaign applies to it.
